All About Extenders: How to use Penis Stretchers/ Extenders
Hello & welcome to Satyromania, the best place on the internet for affordable male enlargement! If you didn't already know, extenders are one of the only methods of penis enlargement that have actual scientific data behind them. To learn more, click here!
However, in contrast to a penis pump, which are very simple and easy to use, extenders are very complicated in appearance, with most kits including a variety of parts, and while all extenders sold here in Satyromania include a detailed instruction guide, it can still feel overwhelming. So today we'll go over just about everything you need to know about extenders.

Type: The two different devices displayed before you are the two primary versions of extenders/ stretching devices. The first one with the bronze metal parts is called an extender, the second one that it attached to the subject's leg is a hanger/stretcher. Both things function in the same way, but are often very different.
Extenders: Extenders are more complicated and have more parts, but they have greater accuracy when it comes to properly measuring out how much force you are using. In the picture above, you can see screws on the metal rods, while not all extenders have them, with some favoring the cup and pump system. They are used to create tension and can be easily tracked by where they appear on the rod. In order to secure the penis within the device, the use of a rubber tube or "sleeves" is recommended. These sleeves are often a point of conjecture because, if used too tightly, they can cut off circulation, which is undesirable considering that accurate device use requires an extended period of time. However, if it's not tight enough, the whole device may fall apart.
- A more accurate method of tracking force on the penis using screws or pumps
- Lots of parts.
- It can result in injury if parts are too tight on the penile glands. However, if not tight enough slips out easily when getting up and down too fast.
Stretchers: Stretchers are much easier to use, but are often inaccurate in terms of how much force you use unless you purchase specific weights. However, such endeavors can be overly expensive. Most stretchers can be attached to your leg, and extending the leg while sitting can modify the stretch; however, this is not a consistent way of tracking progress. Stretchers often use plastic cups or wraps to attach your penis to the line. This may look uncomfortable, but most stretches come with several comfort sleeves in order to prevent bruising or peeling of the skin.
- Simple & Easy to use
- An inaccurate system of measuring force may result in stagnated progress.
How to use/guidelines
According to the studies found in our other blog (link at the top of the page) these devices need to be worn for a minimum of 4-6 hours a day. The studies do not specify whether it is to be done in one or multiple sittings. Our advice is to break it up into just 1-hour sessions throughout the day. We recommend this because maintaining healthy blood flow through the penis is extremely important. Also, something critically important to do is start off with a light amount of tension; you are going to be holding this stretch for an hour, so it should not hurt. Each week, your goal should be to apply slightly more tension to get a longer penis. Start low, and raise after one week of exercise with no incident or negative side effects.
- Wear 4-6 hours a day, broken up into smaller sessions. Do not wear while sleeping
- Start with a small amount of tension and build up after each week without injury
- Check penis temperature periodically. Cold = Stop
