How To Use

1- Insert the penis through the base of the device, use a silicone black tube(not the clear sleeves) or the strap to secure the penis to the device, these mechanisms in place on the bottom of the end of the extender (example in gallery)

2-To use additional extending rods unscrew the device using the screws on the end of the extender, then add the additional extending rods to the device, screw them in place, and then screw back the device( examples in gallery) 

We recommend you use the extender 2-3 hours a day. If numbness or pain occurs activate the release mechanism and massage the penis to restore proper blood flow and take a break. Studies have shown examples that wearing the stretcher for longer periods of time does increase the total size.
